A Daniel Muller armored horse, in wood.

The same horse, primed and prepared to take the gold leaf.

The finished horse; painted, leafed, glazed, and varnished.

The chamfron, or head covering, has gold leaf scrollwork over white gold. Historically, armor was often filigreed in this manner.

Here is a very rare Armored Muller with a dragon behind the saddle. It is finished in yellow, white, and rose gold leaf.

Daniel Muller's love of the art of carving is made obvious by this expressive face.
